In short

I'm a problem solver with a curious mind and a pragmatic streak. I like getting to the real problem quickly, then driving it until it's done.

I've managed £60m construction budgets, run a four-city conference, founded and funded my own startup, and now build and run incubation and acceleration programmes at the Midnight Foundation. Along the way I've learned to work across the whole job, from strategy and deals to operations, product and the people who make it happen.

Partnerships · Midnight Foundation

  • Built Build Club, an eight-week incubation programme, from scratch; two cohorts complete, third running.
  • Run Night Sky, an accelerator in the mould of Outlier Ventures; deal flow, due diligence, terms, and getting teams into deals.
  • Post-contract account management for 100+ partners; grant and milestone delivery with the solutions architecture team.
  • Glacier Drop on Cardano; worked with custodians and exchanges on integration and custodial wallets.
  • Partner continuity through the IOHK to Midnight Foundation spinout.
  • Host events and speak publicly for the Foundation; growing involvement on the investment side.

2022–2024

Special Projects Lead, Office of the CEO · Parity Technologies (Polkadot)

  • Joined as Project Manager; promoted to Special Projects Lead in Ecosystem Growth, then seconded to the Office of the CEO for investor relations.
  • Cost and project manager for Decoded 2022, run in four cities at once.
  • Project manager for the Parity rebrand and website, and a $20m zero-knowledge proof bounty programme.
  • Relationship lead on an M&A initiative with a household US gift-card brand.
  • Built an incubation programme for people displaced by the Russia–Ukraine war; hosted investor dinners.

2022–now

  • Free zone consultancy co-founded with Tim Hodson, offering software advisory and financial services, including to accountancy clients.
  • Commission-based sales for a top Web3 education platform and a Web2 tech company, creating deal flow and delivering value for their users.
  • Logistics and project management for a top 10 Layer 1 foundation; community growth for a Bitcoin layer one; social media and digital strategy for a Web3 infrastructure company.
  • anarchy.build (formerly Archisinal), blockchain document management for architecture and construction; every grant milestone delivered.
  • GTM and community events in 7 countries; partnership with the University of Buenos Aires.
  • Anarchy on-chain art competition, 10,000 unique designs minted in one week.
  • Blotto, a full-stack strategy game based on Colonel Blotto (1921).
  • Launched and scaled a Web3 branch for a global coding-education company, securing high six figures in deals.
